Snack with Guilt Free No-Bake Carrot Cake Bites

Indulge in guilt-free snacking with these no-bake carrot cake bites, a perfect blend of shredded carrots, dates, and cinnamon, offering a quick and filling dose of wholesome energy and flavour. A nutritious treat for any time of the day. 

Ingredients 

1 cup rolled oats ½ cup walnuts 12 dates ½ cup grated carrots 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tsp cinnamon powder Shredded coconut for coating  

Step 1

Remove the pits from the and soak in warm water for about 5 minutes. Drain the water and place the dates in a food processor or powerful blender along with the rest of the ingredients (except the coconut) and blend until it becomes dough.  

Step 2

Take small portions of dough and roll into small balls. Add shredded coconut to a plate and roll each ball in the coconut to coat it well. Enjoy and refrigerate the rest.
