Boil whole cauliflower in salted water until cooked. Place it on a baking tray and spread generous amounts of oil and roast in the oven until golden. Serve with a dip of choice, and enjoy!

Boil gobi flowers in salted water, take it out in a bowl and add dhaniya powder, jeera powder, kasuri methi, chilli powder, turmeric chopped coriander, besan, rice flour, salt and mix well. Fry them golden and enjoy

Coat gobi florets in a batter made of chickpea flour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Fry the coated cauliflower until golden brown, then toss it in a flavourful Manchurian sauce.

Blanch gobi florets in hot water with salt. Marinate with curd, spices, and flours. Deep fry, temper with spices, and enjoy crispy Gobi 65.

Boil cauliflower. Coat with a mix of parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, cornflour, and maida. Batter, coat in breadcrumbs, fry, season, and serve.

Mix gram flour, rice flour, ajwain, spices, and water for batter. Sauté Gobi, add spices, potatoes, and coriander. Make small tikkis of mashed mix, dip in batter, and fry in hot oil. Serve with green chutney

Boil cauliflower pieces for 5 mins, then drain and transfer to an ovenproof dish. Make a cheese sauce with milk, flour, and butter. Pour over cauliflower, top with cheddar and breadcrumbs. Bake at 220 C for 20 mins and enjoy.

Soak 1 cup chana dal for 4 hours. Grate 1/2 cauliflower. Blend dal and green chilies. Mix with cauliflower, spices, rice flour, and besan. Shape vadas, deep-fry until golden.
