Ingredients

2 boneless chicken breasts 1 cup moong dal 1 cup dahi 2 eggs 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste Cooking oil for frying

Step 1

Flatten chicken breasts slightly and cut into pieces. Marinate with dahi, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, and a pinch of salt for 15 minutes.

Grind moong dal into a coarse powder using a food processor or grinder with a spoon of water
