Fried Chana is a savoury snack that is loved by most Indians. It is easy to make, flavourful, and healthier than your regular potato chips. Here's how to make it at home.
3 cups chana dal 1 tsp salt 2 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp black pepper powder 1 tsp chaat masala ½ cup vegetable oil
Soak the chana dal for 4 hours in a bowl. Drain the water and pat the lentils dry using a kitchen cloth.
Heat the oil in a kadhai and using a spyder, drop the dal into it in batches.
After the dal turns golden brown remove it from the oil and onto a paper towel.
Season the fried chana dal while it's hot with spices and salt.
Cool it completely before storing it in an airtight container and your homemade snack is good to go!
