Elevate your snacking experience with homemade matar namkeen. Packed with plant-based protein and low in calories, this savory treat offers a guilt-free way to indulge in delicious flavors while nourishing your body.

Ingredients

1 cup green peas 4 garlic cloves 2 tsp rice flour 1 tbsp oil Salt to taste ½ tsp black salt 1 tsp red chilli powder ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp chaat masala ½ tsp garam masala

Step 1 

Preheat air fryer at 170*C for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Brush oil and add matar, air fry for 10 to 12 minutes shaking in between.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl mix all the spices. Coat Matar with the masala and air fry again for 5-7 minutes or until crunchy.
