250g paneer cubes 1 cup thick yoghourt 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 1 teaspoon garam masala 1 teaspoon cumin powder 1 teaspoon coriander powder Salt to taste 2 tablespoons cornflour 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour Oil for deep frying

Firstly, mix yoghurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt with paneer and marinade.
