All you need to make a good post workout smoothie is bananas, berries of your choice, honey, nuts and plain greek yogurt.
Cut your bananas into slices and freeze them a night before. Similarly, freeze you berries, but without slicing or chopping them.
In a blender, add the frozen bananas and berries. Add plain greek yogurt, followed by honey.
Blend the mixture till it is completely smooth and thick. You can add fat-free milk to adjust consistency.
Top the smoothie with your favourite berries, banana slices and add nuts for some crunch.
