Smoothie For Your Post-Workout Exhaustion

Fruit and vegetable smoothies are a wholesome meal in themselves. But they become even more necessary post a tiring workout session. Let us see a smoothie recipe to make post workout.

Ingredients

All you need to make a good post workout smoothie is bananas, berries of your choice, honey, nuts and plain greek yogurt.

Step 1

Cut your bananas into slices and freeze them a night before. Similarly, freeze you berries, but without slicing or chopping them.

Step 2

In a blender, add the frozen bananas and berries. Add plain greek yogurt, followed by honey.

Step 3

Blend the mixture till it is completely smooth and thick. You can add fat-free milk to adjust consistency.

Step 4

Top the smoothie with your favourite berries, banana slices and add nuts for some crunch.
