Indulge in creamy chocolate coconut mousse, a delicious dessert made by blending rich chocolate with tropical coconut flavours.
200g dark chocolate, chopped 1 can (400ml) coconut milk 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp icing sugar 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 Cup Shredded coconut ( garnish) 1 Cup chocolate shavings (garnish)
In a glass bowl, melt the chopped dark chocolate in the microwave.
Chill the can of coconut milk and scoop out the thick coconut cream.
Using a hand blender whip the coconut cream until fluffy.
Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped coconut cream. Add cocoa powder, icing sugar, and vanilla extract.
Divide the mousse mixture into serving bowls. Chill until set.
Garnish with shredded coconut and chocolate shavings. Enjoy!
