Grip And Control 

Hold the handle firmly with your dominant hand, ensuring a relaxed grip that allows for precise movements. Your other hand should rest on the food item you're cutting, acting as a guide.

The Rocking Motion 

Start by placing the tip of your knife on the cutting board and press down while simultaneously moving the handle up and down. This back-and-forth rocking motion enables you to dice or mince ingredients quickly and evenly.

The Slice 

Start by gripping the knife handle and placing the blade near the edge of the food item. With a gentle forward motion, apply a consistent pressure to slice through the ingredient smoothly. It is perfect for cutting meat, fish and even bread.

The Chop
