With cooling properties that are ideal for the scorching temperatures, adding a splash of rosewater to your alcoholic beverage can make it floral and aromatic. Pair it with gin and lots of ice for an instant pick-me-up.
60 ml gin 15 ml rosewater Tonic, for topping up Dried rosebuds, for garnish
Combine the gin and rosewater in a cocktail shaker filled with ice to shake thoroughly.
Strain into a serving glass and top up with tonic water.
Garnish with dried rosebuds before serving chilled.
