Enjoy the traditional Sindhi delight, Arbi Tuk, made healthier and more delicious with the use of an air fryer. Crispy and guilt-free, it's a perfect dish for all.
300 gm Taro (Arbi pressure cooked up to 2 whistles) Oil (to brush on arbi) Salt 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1 tsp Amchur Powder Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder Red Chilli Powder (as per taste) Coriander (for garnish)
Pressure cook Taro (Arbi) up to 2 whistles on medium heat.
Peel and cut in half. Place parchment paper in the air fryer tray & grease with oil.
Place cut arbi in the tray and brush some Oil on it. Air fry for 15-18 min at 200⁰
In a small bowl, take Salt, 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder & 1 tsp Amchur Powder. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder & Red Chilli Powder (as per taste). Mix everything well.
Take air fried Arbi on a plate. Gently press all the pieces and sprinkle the masala prepared on it. Place all the pieces in the air fryer. Brush some oil and again air fry for 5 min. Take them on a serving plate. Garnish with chopped Coriander and Serve.
