Sindhi Kulfi Vegan Overnight Oats For The Busy Week

Sweetened with the floral notes of cardamom, rose petals and soaked in oat milk, these overnight oats are the ideal working individual’s breakfast to kickstart the day.

INGREDIENTS

½ cup rolled oats ¾ cup unsweetened oat milk 2 cardamom pods 2 teaspoons raw sugar 1 tablespoon sabja seeds 1 tablespoon chia seeds 1 tablespoon rose sherbet concentrate 2 teaspoons dried rose petals

METHOD

Add the oats, sabja seeds and chia seeds to a bowl and combine.

METHOD

Bruise the cardamom pods to remove their seeds and add it to the mixture.

METHOD

Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.

METHOD

Refrigerate overnight in a jar or container and eat cold.
