Pav bhaji is a delicious street food of India that is loved by all. Here is an easy recipe to prepare the pav bhaji masala at home.

4 tbsp coriander seeds, 2 tbsp cumin seeds, 2 bay leaves, 10 cloves, 2 cardamoms, 2-inch cinnamon stick, 1 tbsp pepper, ¾ tbsp fennel seeds, 10 dried Kashmiri red chilli, 1 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp dry mango powder

In a pan roast coriander and cumin seeds and till they turn aromatic. Roast bay leaves, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon stick, pepper and saunf in the same way.

Then dry roast Kashmiri red chilli till they puff up. Transfer to the blender and allow to cool completely..

Blend it to a fine powder along with turmeric and dry mango powder. Store it in an airtight container and use it for your pav bhaji.
