Everyone loves Nimbu Pani, especially during the summer. But this similar drink also comes with the goodness of pudina or mint. It is a simple yet refreshing beverage that you can make in a matter of minutes. Here's a recipe for you to try:
1 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina) 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice 1/2 cup sugar 4 cups of chilled water Ice cubes Mint leaves and lemon slices for garnish
Wash the mint leaves thoroughly and blend them with lemon juice, sugar, and a little water until smooth.
Strain the mixture to remove any fibres from the mint leaves. Pour the mint-lemon mixture into a pitcher.
Add chilled water and mix well. Taste and adjust the sweetness and tartness by adding more sugar or lemon juice if needed.
Serve the Lemon Pudina Sharbat over ice cubes in glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
