Before mashing, you should make sure that the potatoes are completely dry.
One should add salt to the dough to make the parathas taste better.
Onions, green chilies and coriander should be chopped and added to the dough.
To avoid the parathas from sticking, you can use a little dry flour while rolling.
The parathas should be rolled evenly so that the potato filling spreads evenly.
