Who doesn't like ramen? But having a bowl at a restaurant every time you crave it can be a bit expensive. Why not satisfy your craving with homemade DIY ramen with the ingredients in your home without any hassle? Keep reading!
1/2 cup ramen noodles 1 cup vegetable broth 1/4 cup soy sauce 1 tablespoon miso paste 1 teaspoon sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon red chilli flakes 1/4 cup chopped green onions 1 egg Preferred toppings
Cook any regular ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
To make broth, add vegetable broth, soy sauce, miso paste, sesame oil, and red chilli flakes and simmer.
Add cooked ramen noodles with the broth.
Top with chopped green onions and your desired toppings.
Crack an egg into the bowl and let it cook in the hot broth. Enjoy!
