Nutritious and sugar-free, this chocolate peanut butter is rich and luxurious, made with the best ingredients and preservative-free.
1.5 cups roasted peanuts ½ cup dark chocolate chips 2 tablespoons honey ¼ teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
Grind the roasted peanuts to a coarse powder in a high-powered blender.
Use a spatula to scrape the edges and grind again for a minute.
Repeat the second step in breaks a few times, until you see a smooth paste forming.
Add the chocolate chips, vanilla essence and salt before grinding again.
Lastly, add the honey and cocoa powder and blitz.
Check for sweetness and adjust according to your taste.
Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator and use on toast, parathas and pancakes.
