We mostly prefer having chicken kebabs at some nice and fancy restaurant. But have you ever tried to make them at home? Here is an easy 10 step guide to power you through the process of making kebabs at home.
Marinate your chicken pieces at least 4-5 hours prior to grilling them. It helps absorb the flavours.
Make the marination with yogurt to make the kebabs soft and juicy.
Prepare the grill properly by pre-heating it.
Arrange your chicken pieces one by one on the grilling sticks.
Brush the chicken pieces with butter very generously. If you are grilling on a tray, brush that with butter too.
Cook the kebabs in the grill till they are done. Check by poking the kebabs with a toothpick or fork.
Once cooked, take the kebabs out from the grill and remove the grilling sticks.
Squeeze some lemon on top of your kebabs and mix well.
If you want a creamy texture, add malai and chaat masala to your kebab and mix it well.
Serve the kebabs with thinly sliced onions and dhaniya chutney.
