This classic garden green salad recipe is the easiest salad to make and pairs perfectly with pretty much anything. Crunchy, crispy salad ingredients come together to make the ultimate fresh side that complements any dish. Here is how to make it:
For Salad 200 g mixed salad leaves 2 avocados 2 cucumbers 1 green capsicum
For Dressing ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar 1 garlic clove ½ teaspoon caster sugar
Combine the mixed salad leaves, avocado, cucumber, and capsicum in a bowl.
To make the dressing, use a fork to whisk together the oil, vinegar, garlic, and sugar.
Taste and season with salt and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve.
