1 cup sooji 1/2 cup besan 1/2 cup atta 2 cups sugar 2 elaichi pods, crushed Kesar Ghee Dry fruits for garnishing Water
In a kadhai, heat up ghee and add suji to it.
After the sooji turns a little golden, add both besan and atta. Roast till the mix turns golden.
Next, heat up water and add sugar to it. Boil till a light syrup forms. Add it to the halwa.
Finally, add the cardamom and switch off the flame. Garnish dry fruits of your choice and kesar.
