Deliciously floral and herby, this rose-tinted gin ruby cocktail is ideal for kicking your shoes off and letting your hair down, for the weekend.
45 ml gin 15 ml aperol 25 ml grapefruit juice 25 ml elderflower liqueur 25 ml lemon juice 1 egg white
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake until the egg white turns foamy.
Strain and serve chilled, topped off with a sprig of rosemary or a slice of dehydrated lime.
