Winter is the perfect time to make the most out of the sweet potatoes, aka shakarkandi. The naturally sweet vegetable can be roasted or even air fried to make a delicious chaat. Here’s how!
2 sweet potatoes 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 1 teaspoon coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder Salt to taste 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon chaat masala
Boil the sweet potatoes, drain, peel, and chop them.
Heat some oil and mix shakarkandi with lemon juice and all the spices.
Roast the cubes till fragnant and coat the pieces with the masala.
Transfer to a plate and serve with imli chutney and pomegranate seeds.
