Shahi Lassi: Beat The Heat In A Royal Way

Crunch of nuts, shine of saffron and decadence of ice cream makes this shahi lassi a unique one!

Ingredients

1/2  cup Curd 1 scoop Vanilla ice cream 1 tbsp Sugar 2-3 strands Saffron 1/4 cup Water For Garnishing: 1/2 tsp Chopped Almonds

Step 1

Take curd, sugar, water and vanilla ice cream and blend this combination. 

Step 2

In a small bowl add the saffron with one tablespoon of water.

Step 3

Pour the lassi base in a glass and put saffron on the top. Fold this mix gently. 

Step 4

Lastly garnish with dry fruits and enjoy chilled.
