2 cups basmati rice 2 cups mix dry fruits Fresh coriander and pudina finely chopped 2 big onion for birista 1 onion and 2 tomatoes 8 cloves of garlic 1 inch ginger paste 1 cup dahi 2 tbsp shahi biryani masala 2 tbsp mirchi powder 1/4 haldi powder 1 tbsp ghee 2 tbsp oil ¼ tsp sugar 10 black pepper 2 inch dalchini 4 cardamom 2 tej patta 2 chakri ful Oil for frying onion

First wash and drain rice and keep aside and then fry onion for birista and then fry dry fruits and keep aside.

Now keep a thick bottom pan on gas. Add ghee and then all the khada masala.

Add water, double the amount of rice quantity and salt. When it gets to boil, add rice and let it cook on medium flame.
