10-12 dried figs (anjeer) 1 cup yoghurt 1 large onion 2 tomatoes 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder 1/2 tsp garam masala Salt to taste 2 tbsp oil 1 tsp cumin seeds Fresh coriander leaves

Prepare the figs and add some yoghurt turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala.

In a pan, heat oil and cumin seeds with chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, and tomato puree and cook.
