When hosting people, it is crucial that you feed them delicious food aligning with their preferences. Beetroot kebabs are an excellent addition to the spread if your vegan and vegetarian friends are coming over.
3 white bread slices 250 grams beetroot 1 tsp chilli powder 250 grams potatoes 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp dry mango powder Oil for frying ½ tbsp coriander powder A pinch of pepper Salt to taste
Preheat the oven and roast chopped beetroots with a sprinkle of salt and olive oil.
Mash beetroots with boiled potatoes and sprinkle the spices mentioned.
If you like, add chopped coriander leaves and mix the ingredients well.
After adjusting salt and spice levels, shape the blend into tikkis.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry beetroot kebabs.
Serve these hot with your choice of chutney.
