Indulge in the exquisite blend of vermicelli, creamy custard, and a medley of fruits in this Semiya Fruit Custard. A perfect dessert to satisfy your sweet cravings.
1/2 cup vermicelli (semiya) 2 cups milk 3 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste) 1 tsp vanilla extract Assorted fruits of your choice Chopped nuts for garnish Fresh mint leaves for garnish
In a pan, dry roast the vermicelli (semiya) until it turns golden brown. Set it aside.
In a separate saucepan, heat the milk until it comes to a gentle boil. Add the roasted vermicelli to the milk
Now cook, stirring occasionally, until the vermicelli becomes soft and the mixture thickens.
Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract, Garnish with chopped fruits and nuts. Serve it chilled. Enjoy!
