Ragi Seeds Roti is an energising and nutritious flatbread that can be flavoured with the seeds of your choice. It's a healthy replacement for wheat roti that's high in fibre and other essential components.

1 cup Ragi Atta (Finger Millet Flour) Flaxseeds White Sesame Seeds Pumpkin Seeds 1 cup Water Ghee (to apply on roti)

Add 1 cup water to a pan let it boil. Now add 1 cup Ragi atta. Mix flour well, turn off the heat and cover with a lid. Leave for 5 minutes.

Transfer to a mixing bowl and let it slightly cool down. Knead a smooth dough & roll out few balls from it.

Dust dry flour on the rolling board. Add a few mix seeds to the dough ball, and flatten the dough ball with the help of a rolling pin.

Place this roti on hot tawa, and let it puff nicely. Keep pressing roti by a napkin and or cook it on direct gas flame. Cook well on both sides. Apply ghee and serve hot. Comple with the remaining dough. Enjoy the chutney or any Sabji.
