Naturally briny and tasting of the ocean, this delicious seaweed salad is a great accompaniment to your usual working lunch.
6-7 dried seaweed sheets 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 2 teaspoons sesame oil ¼ teaspoon salt 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds ¼ teaspoon sugar
Rehydrate the seaweed sheets by soaking them in room temperature water for 10-15 minutes.
Squeeze out the excess moisture and chop into thin strips.
Mix along with the remaining ingredients and refrigerate for 45 minutes. Serve cold.
