700 gram Chicken Mince 3 tbsp Oil 2 nos Bay leaf 0-1 inch Cinnamon stick 0-1 nos Clove 2 nos Green cardamom 3 nos Sliced Onions 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste 2 nos Onion small 3 nos Tomato

0-1 nos Green chilli 1 tbsp Kashmiri Red Chilli 1 tbsp Coriander Powder 1 tbsp Garam Masala 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp Black pepper Salt to-taste 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1/2 cup Mint leaves

Heat oil and add whole spices and sliced onions. When onions are brown, add ginger garlic paste.

Add 1/4 cup water and cook for two minutes. Add minced chicken and sauté until slightly brown.

Now add onion, tomato, green chili paste & all dry spices. Cook for two more minutes.
