If not made with oats, brans etc, many muffins contain high sugar and offer least amount of fiber to the body.
Waffles may not be the best way to start the day. They are high in fat, calories, sugar and lack protein.
Even though perfect for busy mornings, breakfast pastries are not ideal for a healthy breakfast because of their low nutrients.
Yogurt is a good source of probiotics and protein. But its sweetened version makes it less healthy.
Most of the breakfast bars are highly processed and loaded with sugar. Thus, they may not be ideal for breakfast.
