2 potatoes 3 cups of cauliflower 4 tomatoes 1 capsicum 1 cup green peas 6 tbsp butter 2 tbsp pav bhaji masala 1 tsp red chilli powder 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 3-4 green chillies or as per taste Salt to taste
In a pressure cooker, add potatoes, green peas and cauliflower. Add water and let them cook. Store the water.
Mash the potatoes, green peas and cauliflower. In a blender, make a puree of tomatoes, green chilies and capscium.
Heat a pan and add butter. Add the puree and let it cook for 6 to 8 minutes. Add in the mashed veggies.
Add turmeric, red chili powder, pav bhaji masala and salt. Give it a good mix. Add water to get the desired consistency.
Cook it for 5 minutes on medium flame. Add butter and simmer it for 10 to 15 more minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve with buttered pav. Enjoy!
