Treat yourself to some delicious Sawan Special Makhana Barfi. The roasted makhana, sweetened condensed milk, and fragrant cardamom in this seasonal treat create an ideal harmony of tastes and textures.
Heat ghee in a pan and roast makhana until crispy.
Grind the roasted makhana into a coarse powder.
In a separate pan, melt ghee and add condensed milk.
Add the makhana powder and mix well until the mixture thickens.
Add cardamom powder and mix again.
Transfer the mixture to a greased tray and spread evenly.
Let it cool and set for a few hours.
Cut into desired shapes and serve the delicious makhana barfi. Enjoy!
