During Sawan, many opt for vegetarian meals as a way to observe abstinence of the body and mind. Here are some protein-rich, stir-fried paneer recipes that fit into this diet while providing the body with adequate nutrient content.
Slice some green capsicum and toss it with paneer for this easy-to-make stir-fry. Add ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander and green chillies to give it an aromatic Indian flavour.
Use thinly chopped garlic and a good amount of squarely chopped bell peppers and chillies to make this delicious stir-fry. Add soy sauce and vinegar for an Asian twist.
Simply shallow fry some paneer until it turns golden brown and serve it with a seasoning of salt, pepper and some red chilli powder for a dish that is nutritious and filling.
Earthy mushrooms and paneer make a good pair. Toss in paneer chunks in garlic mushrooms and season with oregano and chilli flakes for a delicately spiced recipe.
Make an extra healthy meal using chopped broccoli and crushed paneer and flavour them with your choice of masala for a low-calorie stir-fry full of protein and essential nutrients.
Mix whatever vegetables are available in the fridge with chopped paneer for a veggie loaded stir-fry. Adjust the quantity of paneer to ensure that it meets the required protein intake.
