When you are fasting during sawan, you need to consume snacks that are nutritious and do not require too much effort to cook. Sabudana chakli fits right into the description. Here is its easy recipe.
250 grams sabudana 750 grams of boiled potatoes Rock salt to taste Red chilli powder
Peel and mash boiled potatoes and combine them with overnight soaked sabudana, rock salt, and red chilli powder.
Grease your palms with oil and add this mixture to a chakli maker.
Spread a clean plastic sheet on the terrace and spread small chaklis on it.
Allow sabudana chalkis to sun dry. If the weather is not good, let them dry under a fan.
If the moisture has dried up, you can store chaklis in an airtight container. If not, quickly microwave them.
Whenever you feel hungry, deep fry sabudana chakli. Enjoy these snacks at tea time.
