If you're going egg free for Sawan this year, you'll need to find alternative sources of protein. Here are a few options you can try that are vegetarian and incredibly nutritious.

Tofu

With approximately 10 grams of protein per 100 grams, tofu is a versatile ingredient that can be scrambled, baked, or used in desserts.

Tempeh

Made from fermented soybeans, tempeh contains around 19 grams of protein per 100 grams and is excellent for stir-fries, sandwiches, or grilling.
