Sabudana Thalipeeth is a delicious and nutritious treat to enjoy during the holy month of Sawan. This classic Indian dish is not only easy to prepare, but also suitable for fasting.
Soak sabudana in water for 4-5 hours, then drain excess water.
Mix soaked sabudana, boiled and mashed potatoes, crushed peanuts, chopped green chilies, and salt.
Use butter paper to flatten the small patties from the mixture gently. Make holes in between.
Heat a non-stick pan and grease it with oil.
Cook the thalipeeth on low flame until they turn golden brown and crispy on both sides.
Serve hot with yogurt or chutney. Enjoy your delicious sabudana thalipeeth!
