Sawan 2023: Nutritious Amaranth Jaggery Ladoo For The Fasting Month

Want to stay healthy during Sawan? Enjoy this nutritious amaranth jaggery ladoo.

Ingredients

2 cup amaranth, roasted 2 tbsp desi ghee 1 cup jaggery 2 tbsp almonds, chopped 2 tbsp raisins 1/4 cup water

Step 1

In a bowl add amaranth, almonds and raisins. Now take a pan, add ghee in it and put on low flame. When ghee melts, add jaggery and water.

Step 2

Let the jaggery melt and transfer it into the amaranth mixture bowl. Mix it properly and let it cool a bit.

Step 3

Then wet your hands and shape the mixture into round balls. Repeat until done and enjoy.
