1 cup rolled oats ¾ cup slivered almonds ¼ cup sunflower seeds ¼ cup flax seeds 1 teaspoon red chilli powder 1 teaspoon fennel seeds 1 egg white ½ tablespoon maple syrup 5 tablespoons olive oil Salt, to taste

Preheat your oven to 176°C while you combine the ingredients in a large bowl.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and flatten the mixture on to it.

Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and stir halfway for even browning.

Break into smaller clumps if desired and cool completely before storing in an air-tight jar.
