Savour the Nutrient-Packed Dal and Vegetable Soup

Indulge in the wholesome goodness of Dal and Vegetable Soup. Packed with nourishing lentils and vibrant veggies, it's a comforting and nutritious delight for any meal. 

Preparation 

Wash and soak mixed lentils (dal) for 30 minutes. Chop vegetables of your choice. 

Sauté 

Heat oil in a pot, add cumin seeds, chopped onions, and garlic. Sauté till onions are translucent. 

Boil

Add chopped veggies, soaked lentils, and vegetable broth. Boil until lentils are tender. 

Blend

Allow to cool slightly, then blend into a smooth soup.

Season

Return to heat, add spices, salt, and pepper. 

Serve

Garnish with fresh herbs and enjoy your nutritious dal and vegetable soup!
