Elevate your rice game with this simple recipe for Butter Garlic Rice. Enjoy the aromatic blend of buttery richness and garlic goodness in every bite.
1 cup long-grain rice 2 tbsp butter 3 cloves garlic, minced 2 cups water 1/2 tsp salt 1 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
Rinse the rice thoroughly under cold water. Drain and set aside. In a pan , melt butter.
Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and saute. Add the rinsed rice to the pan and stir to coat.
Pour in the water and add the salt. Stir well. Bring the mixture to a boil, cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes
Once the rice is cooked, serve the butter garlic rice hot, garnished with chopped fresh coriander.
