Savour The Floral Bliss: Treat Yourself To Creamy Rose Kulfi

Indulge in the lusciousness of homemade rose kulfi. This frozen treat, with its creamy texture and delightful rose water essence, is a perfect way to cool down on hot summer days.

Ingredients

4 cups full-fat milk 1/2 cup condensed milk 1/2 teaspoon rose water Chopped pistachios for garnish

Step 1

In a pan boil milk. Stir it occasionally. Reduce heat to low and simmer the milk until it thickens.

Step 2

Now Add condensed milk and rose water to the thickened milk. Stir it

Step 3

Remove from heat and let the mixture cool to room temperature.

Step 4

Now Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small kulfi molds. Insert sticks and freeze.

Step 5

When they are ready, Garnish with chopped pistachios and rose petals. Enjoy this tasty dessert!
