Enjoy the perfect blend of textures and flavours with homemade Crispy Paneer Tacos. Crispy paneer cubes, fresh veggies, and zesty sauces come together in a warm tortilla for a delightful culinary experience.

Salad veggies of choice- (1 sliced carrot, 1 cup sliced cabbage, ½ cup coloured capsicum and tomato) you can use cucumber & onion as well. 1 lemon 2 tbsp honey Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup rice flour Salt to taste (You can add ginger garlic paste as well) ¾ cup chilled water to make the batter light and fluffy 200 g paneer Oil for deep frying Garlic mint chutney 4 Wheat Chapati

Add all the salad veggies in a bowl. For the dressing add salt, pepper, honey and lemon.

For the batter mix rice flour, salt, chilled water. Dip the paneer pieces in the batter and deep fry on medium to high flame.

Now assemble the taco, add salad on a wheat chapati, and top it up with paneer, mint chutney and coriander. Serve it with your favourite drink.
