Bloating could be a disturbing state but are medicines the only way to get rid of it?  Well, nutritionist Lovneet Batra has something for you. In her Instagram post, she shared 5 spices and herbs that can efficiently prevent bloating. 

Saunf

Saunf has anethole, estragole and fenchone that acts as an antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory. It relaxes the contracted intestinal muscles.

Jeera

Jeera contain cymene, cuminaldehyde which have anti-bloating properties. Jeera can provide relief from stomach cramps.

Ajwain

Rich in minerals, it contains compounds like pinene, limonene and carvone that can help in getting rid of bloating.  

Pudina

As per the nutritionist, pudina has spasmolytic, analgesic and gastroprotective properties which prevents bloating.

Ginger

Ginger has gingerols which reduces gas and bloating. It also increases the pace of stomach emptying process.
