Sattu is roasted chickpea flour that can be used to prepare hydrating and cooling drinks during summer. It is also packed with protein and many essential nutrients, making it a must-consume in this weather.
4-5 tbsp sugar 1.5-litre water 6 tbsp sattu ¼ tsp black salt
Take a pitcher and pour cold fresh water in it.
Add sattu to it and give everything a mix.
Add jaggery or sugar and stir the ingredients.
Once the sugar dissolves, add black salt.
Taste the drink and adjust the sugar or salt.
Serve it with ice and enjoy!
