Sattu Sharbat Recipe: Desi Cooler To Beat The Heat

Ingredients

5 tbsp sattu 1/2 tbsp onion (chopped) Finely chopped green chilli   1 tsp coriander leaves   Lemon Juice 200 ml Water Black salt Ice  

Step 1

Take a bowl and add sattu flour.

Step 2

Add lemon juice and black salt. Mix it well. Add water.

Step 3

Using a whisker or a fork, mix the sharbat and make sure that there are no lumps.

Step 4

Add chopped onions, green chilies and coriander leaves. Mix it well.

Step 5

Add ice and serve chilled!
