Sattu paratha can be your go-to high protein and fibre breakfast or brunch dish. While sattu is believed to be best consumed in summer, its properties make it a hit pick in winter too. Make stuffed paratha with this superfood.
1 cup atta 2 chopped green chillies ½ cup sattu 1 tsp ginger 1 tsp garlic 2 tbsp coriander leaves 1 tsp ajwain 1 onion 1 tbsp lemon juice ½ tsp mango pickle Salt to taste
Take atta in a deep vessel and knead it into a soft dough.
Chop ginger, garlic, chillies, coriander leaves, and onion.
Add vegetables to the sattu, sprinkle it with salt, and add mango pickle.
Once the mixture is slightly binding, stuff it inside the dough.
Roll sattu-stuffed dough into flat discs.
Roast the paratha until it is crispy and serve.
