Get your comfort food fix with a kick, soup dumplings smothered in spicy miso sauce. These little dumplings are full of broth and the miso is bold and umami. Spice lover or looking for something new, this will warm your heart and tickle your taste buds.
8-12 Frozen Dumplings 3 clove garlic 1 tsp ginger 2 scallions 1 cup chicken broth 1 tbsp miso paste ½ tbsp spicy bean sauce 1 tsp soy sauce ½ tsp sesame oil few drops of chilli oil
In a small pan or pot, add oil. Add garlic, ginger, the white part of the scallion, and cook until fragrant.
Add chicken broth, miso paste, spicy bean sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
Mix everything and bring the sauce to a simmer.
Add frozen dumplings and cover the pot with a lid.
Cook for about 10 minutes, until the frozen dumplings are cooked through.
Remove the lid, garnish with green parts of scallion, and drizzle some chilli oil on top.
