Sasta Pasta; Try This Street-Style Spicy Version

Made with lots of veggies and a spicy sauce, this street-style pasta is perfect to satisfy your masala cravings. Here is the recipe make it at home.

Ingredients

2 cups pasta (boiled & drained), 1 onion, 4 chopped tomatoes, 3 dry red chillies, 2 Kashmiri dry red chillies, 12 garlic cloves, 2 chopped capsicum, 1 packet maggi masala, salt to taste, 1 tsp oregano, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp cream

Step 1

Grind onions, tomatoes, chilies, garlic and salt in a grinder to make a fine paste. Heat a pan and add oil, capsicum and prepared sauce with boiled pasta in it. Mix them well.

Step 2

Then add oregano and maggi masala. Now cook it till all the things get mixed together.

Step 3

Cook it for 2 minutes and then turn the flame off. Top some cream and serve hot.
