The samosas kept in the packet from last night can always be reheated but do you really want to have the soggy ones? Make these yum breakfast recipes then.
The easy-peasy samosa paratha, shaped in conical way is a yummy treat. Dunk the samosa filling in the dough, keeping the crust aside and enjoy.
Transformed into a basket, the samosa’s outer layer is placed in a basket mould and the filling in dunked in and topped with chopped tomatoes, onions and coriander leaves.
Prepare a spicy chickpea curry and douse it over your leftover crushed samosas. Finish it off with tamarind and green chutney and some chopped onions.
This is another gravy-based samosa recipe that creamy and tangy. A yoghurt-based kadhi is prepared and poured over the crushed samosas. Add some sev and pomegranate arils for garnish.
